Associate Attorney Dallas Office
Seeking a dynamic, highly organized associate attorney to join our legal team in the representation of governmental entities in the collection of government delinquent receivables, primarily in the area of property tax. The individual must have 3-5 years of general litigation experience which includes non-jury trial motion and bench trials, depositions, discovery and familiarity with the appellate process.
Minimum job requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Texas, and Federal License for the Northern District preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, 5 years preferred with extensive non-jury/jury trial experience
- Background in real estate, tax or government law a plus
- Bilingual/Multilingual preferred
